What is WildFit 90?

WildFit 90 is a transformative health program that teaches you how to permanently change how you think about food, and what you eat.

  • The WildFit Video Training Program. Through over a dozen in-depth videos, WildFit founder, Eric Edmeades, will walk you through the food mindset and lifestyle changes at the core of the WildFit philosophy. Eric’s style is down-to-earth and easy to understand right away.
  • Bi-Weekly LIVE coaching sessions with a Certified WildFit Coach. Every week, you’ll join at least two LIVE video coaching sessions where you’ll receive direct support and feedback from a Certified WildFit Coach. These weekly coaching sessions are a time to check in, be encouraged and get your questions answered.
  • Private WildFit FaceBook Group. Committing (and sticking) to any lifestyle change is that much easier when you’re surrounded by like-minded people. This private group will help you stay on track and be a rich resource for recipes, motivation, and support.
  • Additional online resources include. Recordings of all LIVE coaching sessions, just in case you have to miss one; Daily Check-In forms and Online journal and success tracking tools.
