The human body will struggle when not eating its ideal diet.

Have you ever heard of an elephant that eats meat?
Or how about a lion that survives on grass and seeds? No, right?

That’s because elephants are natural herbivores, and lions are natural carnivores. They don’t eat that way because someone assigned them a meal plan. They eat the diet that is best suited for their individual species.

Every animal on Earth has its own diet; a particular way of eating that makes it possible for that animal to function at its absolute best.

Here at WildFit, we believe the same is true for humans.

There is an ideal diet for humans, but modern conveniences and food marketing campaigns have convinced us to eat in opposition to this natural way.

This is why 1 in 3 people are dying from heart disease. 1 in 3 from cancer.

Food is our greatest medicine, but so many of us are ignoring or mistreating this rich resource.

WildFit is about returning to eating the way Mother Nature intended.

WildFit is about giving your body the core nutritional elements that it wants WITHOUT relying on willpower or strict rules.

Many health programs are built on rigid requirements and guidelines that must be followed exactly – OR ELSE. We believe this approach teaches people to fear food, instead of helping them choose foods that are both satisfying and nutritionally sound.

WildFit is about focusing on getting more of the good stuff. If you want to enjoy the occasional glass of wine or nibble on cheese, we’ll show you how to do that in a healthy way.

This is not a temporary diet that you hop on and off. WildFit is a lifestyle, intended to make you feel your best without restriction or punishment. Wildfit is about freedom. Only, always, freedom.

One of the most important parts of WildFit actually has nothing to do with food – it’s about your mind.

In addition to key nutritional information, WildFit teaches you how to eliminate the need for willpower. Instead of asking you to fight food cravings, WildFit emphasizes modern mindset and behavioral change techniques, that will ultimately eliminate your cravings altogether.

Feeling out of control around certain food items is not a natural human experience. WildFit shows you how to master your thoughts about food so that you are in control of every single food choice.


Eat with your body’s natural seasons

Did you know that your body has a natural season for burning fat (aka: weight loss)? There are four different seasons that all provide an important function for humans, but sadly, most people spend their whole lives stuck in only one of the seasons (and it’s not the fat-burning one).
Can you guess how the body knows when to shift from one season to the next? FOOD.
You don’t need any pills or magical powders.
With WildFit, you’ll learn exactly what each season looks like, and which foods will trigger your shift from one season to the next, depending on your individual health and body goals.

Meet our Founder

Eric Edmeades spent the earlier part of his life struggling with constant sinus and throat infections, excess weight, acne and chronic fatigue.

His doctors believed that surgically removing his tonsils was the solution, but on a whim, Eric decided to experiment with changing his diet. Within 30 days, all his symptoms went away, so the surgery was canceled.

You know those people who get an idea and become obsessed with it? Eric is one of those people. He became fascinated by food’s role in achieving true health. He wanted to understand why simple dietary changes healed his body – especially when western medicine had spent years telling him that cutting out a part of his body was the only solution.

His research took him to live with bushmen in Africa, where he studied their eating patterns. He waded through stacks of nutritional data and functional anthropology research. He
devoted years of his life to analyzing and testing his theories and WildFit is the culmination of it all.

Without Eric’s passion, the thousands of people whose lives have been changed by WildFit would still be struggling with poor health and debilitating diseases. We’re beyond grateful for his commitment to self-healing and above all, living a life of freedom.
